Who We Are

  • Founded by Thomas Currie, Mastercraft Building & Remodeling is rooted in generations of craftsmanship and a lifelong connection to the South Shore. Tom learned the trade alongside family members before building a professional career in residential remodeling and construction management.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mastercraft B&R brings together thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and reliable project management across residential and commercial projects throughout Massachusetts.

From kitchens and baths to full renovations, finish carpentry, and large-scale project management, every project is approached with a commitment to communication, precision, and lasting results.

  • At Mastercraft Building & Remodeling, every project is approached with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail. We believe great construction is about more than just building — it’s about creating spaces that feel thoughtful, functional, and built to last.

Thomas’s years in the construction industry, combined with his service in the Army, helped shape the professionalism, discipline, and integrity that continue to guide the company today. Whether working on a custom renovation, finish carpentry, or large-scale construction project, the goal remains the same: deliver reliable work with care, precision, and respect for every client and every home.

  • Mastercraft Core Values

At Mastercraft Building & Remodeling, we believe great construction is built on trust, craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and lasting relationships. Every project deserves clear communication, professional execution, and the kind of care that shows in the finished product for years to come.

    Craft Matters

We take pride in the details — from the structure behind the walls to the finishes you see every day. Quality workmanship is at the center of everything we build.

    Do It Right

We believe in doing the right thing, the right way, even when no one is watching. Our work is guided by experience, accountability, and pride in the final result.

    Clear From Start to Finish

Construction can feel overwhelming, so we prioritize clear expectations, honest updates, and open communication throughout the process.

Respect the Home, Respect the Client

Whether we are working in a home or a commercial space, we treat every project with care, professionalism, and respect for the people who trust us with their property.

    Built to Last

We do not believe in shortcuts. Our goal is to create spaces that are functional, beautiful, and built with long-term value in mind.

  • Kitchens, baths, additions, finish carpentry, outdoor living spaces, and full-scale home renovations built with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

  • Construction management, tenant fit-outs, specialty facilities, structural renovations, and large-scale project coordination delivered with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.
